Alamo City Handymen LLC of San Antonio is currently accepting applications for Project Manager/Estimator.
The mission of this position is to assist in the coordination and completion of customer projects on time, within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of residential home repair & Handyman projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects.
The successful candidate will work directly with our in-house staff and clients to ensure all skilled labor, materials and services fall within the applicable scope and budget. This candidate will estimate jobs, help with service calls, coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will help integrate new talent as needed to fulfill client needs in order to provide top quality customer service.
Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, a truck is helpful, be computer literate, Bilingual helpful, be able to pass a background check. Remodeling and residential construction experience required; candidate must be able to communicate well and be a team player. This is a full time position and there are opportunities for advancement and benefits.
Opportunity for advancement and can transition into estimating and sales. Part time to start with the ability to transition into full time quickly, contract sub or employee hire with benefits positions are available.
